Job Summary:
- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Soccer Trainer to join our coaching team. The ideal candidate will hold a National D license or higher and possess a passion for developing athletes' skills, teamwork, and love for the game. The trainer will design and implement training sessions, support players' growth, and help foster a positive and competitive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective training plans tailored to the needs of various age groups and skill levels.
- Conduct training sessions focusing on technical skills, tactical understanding, physical fitness, and mental resilience.
- Provide individual player evaluations and feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Assist in planning and coordinating team travel logistics and participation in competitions.
- Collaborate with other team coaches and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to player development and team goals.
- Encourage sportsmanship, discipline, and respect for all participants, including opponents, referees, and teammates.
- Attend all scheduled training sessions, matches, and team events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of soccer coaching methodologies and trends.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a National D license or higher in soccer coaching.
- Previous experience coaching youth or travel soccer teams is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all players.
Compensation:
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

$60.00- $100.
