SafeSplash Yonkers is hiring upbeat, dependable swim instructors to teach swimmers of different ages and abilities. Paid professional training and certification support are provided, so experience as a swim teacher, aquatics instructor, lifeguard, swim team member, teacher, camp counselor, or customer-service professional is helpful but not required.

What you will do:

• Teach engaging lessons using the SafeSplash curriculum.
• Encourage swimmers, celebrate progress, and communicate clearly with families.
• Keep lessons safe, organized, positive, and fun.
• Partner with a supportive aquatics team that wants you to grow. You will be a great fit if you:
• Are at least 16 years old.
• Are comfortable in the water and can swim 200 yards continuously.
• Are reliable, patient, professional, and excited to teach.
• Can commit to recurring afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.

Current core teaching schedule:

• Monday through

Thursday:

3:00 PM-8:00 PM.

• Saturday and Sunday:
