Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Instructs scheduled classes, beginning and ending on time; provides adequate and effective gymnastics skills and lessons Instructs patrons on appropriate gymnastics methods; explains proper techniques, demonstrates exercises as needed Prepares appropriate equipment, music, and lesson plan for each class Assists patrons, answers questions, and maintains a positive gymnastics experience for members and class participants Keeps management informed of customer and facility needs
Qualifications:
Gymnastics background and coaching experience is preferred Can spot beginners (forward roll, cartwheel, pullover, etc.) to intermediate (kip, back tuck, cartwheel on the beam). Ability to work with limited supervision and as a team member Patient, calm and professional Has knowledge of gymnastics and an appreciation for how to teach the skills it requires Is enthusiastic, outgoing and able to relate to both parents and children in a fun, active and competitive environment Great communication skills

Part-time Pay:
$15.00 - $35.00 per hour
