Position Overview:

As a Softball Instructor at D-BAT Columbus, you will play a crucial role in coaching and mentoring young athletes (ages 7-11) in the sport of softball. We are committed to providing a positive and enjoyable learning experience while fostering a lifelong passion for the game.

Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and skill-focused softball training sessions. Develop and implement effective coaching strategies tailored to different age groups. Establish clear communication channels with parents to provide regular updates on player progress. Leverage advanced training technology available at our facility. Qualifications:

Proven experience coaching softball to kids aged 7-11. A deep passion for teaching and developing young athletes. Strong communication skills with both parents and fellow staff members.
