HealthFitness is hiring Swim Instructors to join the Aquatics Team at our corporate client site in Marysville, Ohio . This is a great opportunity to share your skills, make a positive impact, and enjoy a flexible schedule. ✨ On‑call / substitute role ✨ Work as needed—perfect for supplemental income ✨ Support a friendly, wellness‑focused environment If you enjoy working in the water and helping others build confidence and skills, we'd love to hear from you! Responsible for providing effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons. Design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals. Minimum Requirements Must be at least 17 years old. Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date. American Red Cross WSI certification. Must have a strong swim background. Proficiency in all swim strokes. Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
