Are you looking for a fun job? TimberBeast Axe Throwing is looking for a part time Axe Throwing Coach! No axe throwing experience is required, we'll provide the training! If you are engaging, enjoy making people's day better, and want to learn about a the sport of axethrowing, then working at TimberBeast - Medina might be a great fit! Axe Throwing Coaches are tasked with teaching groups how to throw and ensuring a fun and safe environment. You will also be trained in our snack bar and on our sport simulator. Our operating hours require evening and weekend availability. We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

Role Description:

Ensures that all guests enjoys an extraordinary and safe experience Ensures that all procedures, equipment needs, and safety protocols are consistently met Teach guests proper throwing technique in order to facilitate an enjoyable experience Ensure the facility, lanes, and equipment are always ready and each session runs smoothly Learn and perform food and beverage service in our snack bar Represent the TimberBeast brand with passion for the sport of axe throwing Understand and uphold all policies and procedures Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given friendly, courteous, and responsive service Help create a team environment and encourage others at every opportunity

Qualifications:

Be high-energy, enthusiastic, and outgoing Have excellent communication skills and be comfortable speaking to large groups Willing to facilitate birthday parties and corporate events Can work in a standing position for long periods of time Can reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 lbs Must have reliable transportation Must be available to work a flexible shift, including evenings and weekends
