We are passionate about helping athletes of all ages develop their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game. We're looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and positive Softball Instructor who loves teaching and mentoring players. If you have playing or coaching experience and enjoy making a difference in young athletes' lives, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and small group softball instruction. Teach hitting, fielding, throwing, catching, pitching, and overall softball fundamentals. Develop individualized lesson plans based on each athlete's goals and skill level. Create a fun, encouraging, and professional training environment. Track athlete progress and communicate with parents when appropriate. Assist with camps, clinics, special events, and promotional activities. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe training facility. Represent D-BAT Medina with professionalism and enthusiasm. Preferred Qualifications High school softball playing experience required. College playing experience preferred. Collegiate, travel ball, or high school coaching experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of softball mechanics and player development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate athletes of all ages and skill levels. Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented. Availability during afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
