Job Description

Youth Cheer & Tumbling Coach - Part-Time Are you passionate about cheerleading and tumbling and love working with young children? We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Cheer & Tumbling Coach to join our KSM team! You'll bring energy, enthusiasm, and encouragement to local daycare and preschool facilities, providing fun and engaging cheer and tumbling instruction for children ages 18 months to 5 years old.
Requirements:
Morning availability ( 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM ) to align with daycare schedules. Cheerleading, gymnastics, dance, or tumbling experience preferred. High energy and enthusiasm for working with young children. Experience working with children in a childcare, coaching, camp, gymnastics, cheer, or educational setting. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to make cheer and tumbling FUN, safe, and engaging!
Responsibilities:
Travel to assigned daycare and preschool facilities to conduct cheer and tumbling sessions. Plan and lead age-appropriate cheer, movement, and tumbling activities. Introduce basic skills such as jumps, motions, balance, coordination, flexibility, rolls, and beginner tumbling. Teach simple cheers, routines, and movement combinations. Create a fun, safe, positive, and inclusive environment for every child. Adapt activities for different ages, abilities, and developmental stages. Help children build confidence, coordination, teamwork, and a love for movement! Join the KSM Team! Our motto is "We are the BEST!" To qualify for our amazing team, you must: Be at least 18 years old. Have a clean criminal background and pass a background screening. Have experience working with children. Have reliable transportation. Be enthusiastic, dependable, energetic, and have a positive attitude. Own a smartphone or computer for regular text and email communication. Have a passion for cheer, tumbling, and helping young children learn and grow! Hours & Pay This part-time position offers up to 20 hours per week at $17-$20 per hour.
