Youth Flag Football Coach - Part-Time Are you passionate about football and love working with kids? We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Flag Football Coach to join our KSM team! You'll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a love for the game while teaching young athletes the fundamentals of flag football in a FUN, positive, and encouraging environment.

Requirements:

Football playing, coaching, or instructional experience preferred. High energy and enthusiasm for working with children. Experience working with children in a coaching, camp, childcare, sports, or educational setting. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to make football FUN while teaching fundamentals and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Lead age-appropriate flag football practices, clinics, leagues, camps, and enrichment programs. Teach fundamental skills including throwing, catching, routes, flag pulling, footwork, and basic offensive and defensive concepts. Organize drills, games, competitions, and scrimmages. Help athletes learn teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, and communication. Create a fun, safe, positive, and inclusive environment for every athlete. Adapt activities for different ages and skill levels. Keep athletes active, engaged, and having FUN! Join the KSM Team! Our motto is "We are the BEST!" Have a passion for football and helping young athletes learn, improve, and build confidence! Hours & Pay This part-time position offers up to 20 hours per week at $17-$20 per hour. Morning, evening, and weekend opportunities may be available through our flag football clinics, leagues, camps, and enrichment programs.
