Job Description

Job Title:
Esports Coach Position Overview We are seeking a passionate, strategic, and leadership-driven Esports Coach to guide our competitive team to victory. In this role, you will be responsible for developing player talent, executing game strategies, conducting VOD reviews, and fostering a positive, high-performance team culture.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Tactical Development:
Formulate game plans, counter-strategies, and hero/agent compositions tailored to upcoming opponents.
Player & Team Development:
Conduct regular individual and team coaching sessions, analyzing VODs to identify areas for skill improvement and tactical growth.
Scouting & Draft Prep:
Research opponent tendencies, stay ahead of the meta, and lead the drafting/banning phase during official matches.
Culture & Communication:
Build a supportive team environment, resolve interpersonal conflicts, and promote strong communication during gameplay.
Matchday Management:
Lead pre-match warmups, deliver mid-series adjustments, and lead post-match debriefs.
Qualifications Experience:
Proven coaching experience or high-level competitive play in [Game Title].
Game Knowledge:
Deep understanding of current game metas, mechanics, and advanced strategies.
Leadership Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Communication:
Clear, constructive, and actionable communication style.
Availability:
Flexible schedule to accommodate evening matches, scrims, and weekend tournaments.
