Recreational Gymnastics Director South County Gymnastics Jenks, OK Job Details Part-time $25 - $30 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Program management Recruiting Front desk Gymnastics Camp experience Full Job Description Position Summary Leads and grows SoCo Gymnastics' recreational gymnastics program, overseeing class curriculum, coach staffing, and family experience for non-competitive students of all ages and skill levels. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain age/level-appropriate curriculum for preschool, beginner, and recreational classes Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate recreational coaching staff Monitor student progress and skill placement; run evaluations/level-up assessments Handle parent communication, concerns, and enrollment questions related to rec classes Manage class rosters, waitlists, and capacity in coordination with front desk/admin Ensure safety standards, spotting techniques, and equipment protocols are followed Plan rec-specific events (parent nights, mini-meets, camps, birthday parties if applicable) Track class fill rates and retention; recommend schedule/pricing adjustments Collaborate with competitive team staff on athlete pipeline (rec-to-team pathway) Qualifications Supervisory or program management experience, especially in youth sports/activities preferred Strong communication skills with parents, children, and staff Background check clearance required Preferred Experience with class management software (class pro, stack team app) Familiarity with gymnastics and/or youth sports .
