Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Personal Training Coach to inspire and guide clients on their fitness journeys. In this role, you will deliver personalized workout plans, motivate clients to achieve their health goals, and foster a positive, energetic environment that encourages progress and confidence. Your expertise in biomechanics, physiology, and fitness program design will help clients unlock their full potential while ensuring safety and proper technique. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to understand clients' needs, goals, and physical capabilities Design tailored workout programs based on biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and client preferences Deliver motivating coaching sessions that emphasize proper form, safety, and effective exercise techniques Educate clients on nutrition, body mechanics, injury prevention, and recovery strategies Maintain detailed records of client progress and adapt programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement Foster strong rapport with clients through clear communication, encouragement, and personalized attention Promote fitness services and programs to enhance client engagement and retention Ensure all training activities adhere to health and safety standards, including first aid, CPR, AED operation, and manual handling protocols Skills Proven experience in sports coaching or personal training within the fitness industry Deep knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics Certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, and manual handling Skilled in program design with the ability to create personalized workout plans for diverse client needs Strong sales skills with experience in fitness customer service and client rapport building Ability to motivate clients through coaching techniques that foster confidence and commitment Experience teaching group fitness or physical education is highly desirable Knowledge of nutrition principles relevant to fitness training and overall health management Join our team as a Personal Training Coach if you're passionate about helping others achieve their health goals through energetic coaching, expert knowledge, and exceptional service. Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
