Job Summary:
Duties may include supporting the head coach, ensuring that equipment and facilities are maintained, and performing administrative duties. Assistant coaches may also schedule and supervise practice sessions, maintain training equipment, and organize team events, all while building a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
To successfully perform this position, a person must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily. The qualification requirements listed below represent minimum levels of educational achievement, training, skills and/or ability necessary. High school diploma or equivalent Cheer experience required Previous coaching experience preferred Effective interpersonal and communication skills Must successfully complete and maintain compliance with all federal and state background and criminal recordcheck requirements Candidate must adhere to all local, state, federal, and school code requirements for employment Must meet DASD procedures for transporting students (including motor vehicle record check; please see attached documents for more information EOE
