Duties include providing interactive and well-rounded training, observing players' approaches and outlining corrective techniques, and endeavoring to minimize preventable injuries. Head coaches will schedule and spearhead practices, outline all rules and accompanying expectations, bolster teamwork and camaraderie, model commendable sportsmanship, and encourage safe sporting practices.Qualifications:
To successfully perform this position, a person must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily. The qualification requirements listed below represent minimum levels of educational achievement, training, skills and/or ability necessary. High school diploma or equivalent Wrestling experience required Previous coaching experience preferred Effective interpersonal and communication skills Must successfully complete and maintain compliance with all federal and state background and criminal recordcheck requirements Candidate must adhere to all local, state, federal, and school code requirements for employment Must meet DASD procedures for transporting students (including motor vehicle record check; please see attached documents for more information EOEBenefits
