Seasonal/Stipend Position Position Summary Nazareth Prep is seeking an enthusiastic, positive, and dedicated High School Cheerleading Coach to lead and develop a successful cheer program. The coach will promote school spirit, sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, and respect while providing a safe and positive experience for all student-athletes. Responsibilities Plan and conduct practices and game-day performances. Coach and develop student-athletes in cheerleading skills, stunting, and safety. Promote teamwork, leadership, discipline, and school pride. Supervise athletes during practices, games, competitions, and school events. Ensure compliance with all school and athletic department policies. Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and the Athletic Director. Maintain equipment and assist with uniforms and program organization. Serve as a positive role model who supports the mission and values of Nazareth Prep. Previous cheerleading coaching or cheerleading experience preferred. Knowledge of cheerleading safety, stunting, and skill development. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to pass all required background clearances.
