Join our vibrant fitness community as a Part Time Small Group Coach specializing in Kettlebell, TRX, Strength-Training, and Body-Positive Fitness! You will inspire and motivate participants (our clientele is women/femmes from about 35-55) through engaging, energetic classes that promote strength, confidence, and overall well-being. Your passion for fitness and dedication to creating inclusive, empowering environments will help clients achieve their goals while having fun. This position offers flexible hours perfect for fitness enthusiasts eager to make a positive impact and grow their coaching skills in a supportive setting. •Women/POC/LGBTQIA applicants encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Lead small group fitness classes focused on kettlebell training, TRX suspension exercises, strength-building routines, and body-positive movement practices Design effective, safe workout programs tailored to diverse fitness levels and goals Demonstrate proper technique and form to ensure participant safety and maximize results Foster an inclusive, motivating atmosphere that encourages confidence and body positivity among all participants Provide personalized feedback and modifications to accommodate individual needs and limitations Promote a welcoming environment that supports community building and ongoing engagement Stay informed about current fitness trends, anatomy, physiology, and best practices to continually enhance class quality
