Undergraduate degree (major in sports management or related field) required; graduate degree preferred.

Additional Information:

The high school athletic coordinator will serve as a role model to the school community. They will support the director of athletics in the administration of the district's varsity, junior varsity, and junior high athletic programs. Key responsibilities will include assisting the director of athletics with the following: scheduling of athletic contests (including officials, necessary workers, facilities transportation, etc.), budgeting, coach supervision and evaluation, coach hiring, athletic inventory management, student-athlete eligibility, collaboration with booster club leadership and youth organizations, athletic department social media, athletic event game management, providing support for Title IX compliance, special event (signing day, youth night, etc.) management, managing coaching compliance certifications (PIAA, first aid, cardiac/concussion) and performing any other duties as assigned by the high school principal and the director of athletics.
