Decision Making Fiscal Responsibility Supervisory Responsibility Minimum Requirements Profile Five or more years of industry experience in welding, construction, manufacturing, or a related skilled trade (welding experience preferred). Strong technical skills and commitment to workplace safety. Excellent communication and mentoring abilities. Prior teaching or training experience is a plus but not required. Preferred Qualifications Current NHA certification(s) ( CCMA , CPT , and/or CBCS ). Previous experience teaching or training in a classroom setting. Familiarity with adult education principles and workforce training.
