Job Summary/Basic Function:
About the position: Assist Head Women's Soccer Coach in performing any or all duties related to recruiting academically qualified student-athletes, scheduling, scouting, conditioning, advising student athletes in academic matters related to enrollment and educational progress, generating revenue and other assigned duties. One-year successful experience coaching at the club, high School, college, or professional level. Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Commitment to academic and athletic excellence of students. Ability to work with student-athletes of diverse cultures, racial and ethnic groups. Commitment to inclusive practices and working with diverse student populations. Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Valid driver's license. Successful interview. Successful completion of three background checks.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. Playing and/or coaching experience at the collegiate level. Knowledge of NCAA rules and recruiting. USSF D License or equivalent. Experience in conducting camps and clinics.Days Worked:
