Job Description
Troy School District is seeking a head coach to steer our Junior High Basketball team to excellence. Qualified candidates will inspire talented sports players, develop award-winning strategies, provide hands-on training, and encourage sportsmanship within the team. An outstanding head coach will possess critical yet flexible strategic skills.
Head Coach Requirements:
High school diploma.
Formal coaching-related training is preferred.
Proven experience as a head coach preferred.
Own demonstrable history of pertinent sporting success.
Perceptive of sports-related talent.
Exceptional verbal communication skills.
