Awesome Superstar Human Coach (Part-Time into Full-Time Growth Path) Bent On Better - West Chester, PA We are not looking for someone who just wants a job in fitness. We're looking for someone who wants to build something that matters... This starts part-time, with a clear path to full-time. But more important than hours is intention. If you're looking for a stepping stone, this isn't it. If you want to plant your flag and grow something meaningful, keep reading. We DO NOT do drill sergeants. (No yelling. No ego. No "go harder" for the sake of it.) We work with real people, many over 50 years young, often dealing with past injuries and limitations.
Our mission is simple:
make strength beautiful, fitness pain-free, and progress sustainable for real life We're looking for someone who: wants to coach, not just run workouts leads with empathy and presence values human connection over transactional workouts is humble, coachable, and growth-minded wants a long-term career, not a quick stop What you'll do: Lead small group personal training (average 4-8 people) Help members move better, feel better, and build real strength Support habits and accountability outside sessions Create an environment where people feel seen and supported This role can grow into a full-time career with benefits, mentorship, and real opportunity.
