Assistant Softball Coach Chatham University welcomes applications for the position of Assistant Softball Coach in our Athletics Department. The Assistant Softball Coach supports the Head Softball Coach in all aspects of the softball program, including student-athlete recruitment, player development, practice and game preparation, compliance, and program administration. This position plays a key role in fostering a positive student-athlete experience while promoting academic achievement, athletic excellence, leadership development, and adherence to institutional and NCAA standards. The Assistant Coach serves as an ambassador for the softball program and the university, representing the department both on campus and in the community.
