Driving Coach / Driving Instructor Make a Difference Every Day Safe Driving Coach is looking for a calm, patient, and positive person who wants to make a real impact in the lives of teenagers and their families. This is more than teaching someone how to drive. Every lesson is an opportunity to build confidence, reduce anxiety, and help create safer drivers for life. If you've ever enjoyed coaching, mentoring, teaching, or helping others succeed, we'd love to meet you. You do NOT need to be a certified driving instructor. We are looking for the right person first. We'll provide the training and guide qualified candidates through Pennsylvania's instructor certification process. What You'll Do Coach new drivers during behind-the-wheel lessons. Help teens become confident, safe, and responsible drivers. Create a calm, encouraging learning environment. Communicate professionally with parents and students. Represent one of the area's most trusted driving schools. Who We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you are: Patient and encouraging. Dependable and professional. Comfortable working independently. An excellent communicator. Passionate about helping others learn. Able to stay calm under pressure. Experience in education, coaching, customer service, public safety, transportation, healthcare, military, first response, or working with young people is a plus—but not required.
