- High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology or related field Work Experience Required
- 3 months' experience with strength & speed training in a high school, collegiate, or professional performance/fitness setting Preferred
- 1 years' experience with strength & speed training in a high school, collegiate, or professional performance/fitness setting Certifications Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association Preferred
- Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength & Conditioning Association (CSCS) or other nationally recognized and accredited training certification Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.
