Thrive in a rapidly expanding company with room for personal and professional development. Job Summary As a D1 Coach, you will: Create a positive, motivating environment for all athletes. Maximize client retention through exceptional service, coaching, training, nutrition guidance, and accountability. Tailor movements and workouts to individual needs, ensuring safety and effectiveness. Teach proper form and technique to reduce injury risks and enhance performance. Key Responsibilities Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere for athletes. Provide best-in-class service in coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability. Adapt exercises to meet individual athlete needs. Maintain athlete safety by teaching proper techniques and movement patterns. Build and maintain strong relationships with each D1 member. Lead group workouts, personal training sessions, and team coaching. Offer expert advice on strength, speed, and nutrition. Qualifications Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification. At least one certification accredited by the NCCA. Minimum of 1 year of experience in strength & conditioning, group, team, or personal training.
