Overview Join our team as a Recreational Gymnastics Coach and inspire participants of all ages to develop their gymnastics skills in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. In this role, you will lead recreational gymnastics classes, foster a love for physical activity, and help students build confidence through structured coaching and engaging instruction. Your energetic approach will motivate learners to reach their full potential while ensuring safety and enjoyment in every session. Responsibilities Demonstrate proper techniques for gymnastics fundamentals, including tumbling, balance beam, vault, bars, and floor skills Provide clear, positive feedback to encourage skill development and boost participant confidence Manage behavior effectively to create a positive class environment Communicate progress or concerns with parents or guardians as needed Experience Prior experience in gymnastics coaching or teaching physical education is highly preferred Background in sports Demonstrated ability to work with children and manage group behavior effectively Is CPR and first aid certified or will complete certification during training Strong communication skills to clearly instruct students and collaborate with team members Join us to make a positive impact on our community's health and fitness journey!
