About Krave Gym Krave Gym is a coach-led, science-backed strength & conditioning program where athletes train as a TEAM for the sport of life. Our TEAM training model builds community, confidence, and results. With 24/7 access, coach-led sessions, and a driven atmosphere, we're here to help athletes dominate life in and out of the gym. Position Summary We are looking for a high-energy, passionate Part-Time Coach to lead our TEAM training sessions, support athlete progress, and bring energy, accountability, and connection to every session. This is more than just coaching—it's about building relationships, creating a team atmosphere, and helping athletes become the best version of themselves. Key Responsibilities Coach high-energy, safe, and effective TEAM training sessions following Krave programming. Greet and engage athletes with energy, professionalism, and care. Modify exercises to meet individual athlete needs while keeping the team experience seamless. Provide expert feedback on form, effort, and intensity. Build strong, supportive relationships with athletes and teammates. Foster a culture of teamwork, encouragement, and accountability in every session. Help new athletes feel welcomed, supported, and motivated. Support facility cleanliness, equipment organization, and overall athlete experience. Qualifications 1+ years of coaching or group fitness experience preferred. Certified or actively pursuing certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, CF-L1, etc.). CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with athletes of all backgrounds. Passion for fitness, teamwork, and personal development.
