What will you be doing? To summarize ,you will be reporting to the Managers on site, instructing our guests in the ways of axe throwing, and overall providing a high quality entertaining experience. For the full list of responsibilities see below; You will be ensuring that customers receive a high quality, safe and entertaining experience. You will be instructing groups on the art of Axe Throwing, giving tips throughout. You will be managing tournaments, including scoring, interacting with group, announcing winners, and generally ensuring everyone is having an amazing time. You will need to use power tools safely to maintain and replace targets. You will be expected to inform the Manager of safety, performance or other issues in the venue. You will be preparing the venue and lanes for events, everything from checking axes to sweeping the floors. You will ensure that all company procedures and safety policies are followed at all times. You will verify/ensure safe Alcohol service Who are we looking for? Someone with the confidence to coordinate groups of people Someone with previous experience of axe throwing, or an interest to learn Someone with great customer and professional communication skills The ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions in English Someone who has or is willing to obtain a First Aid certification The ability to use power tools to replace and maintain targets Able to work in a physically demanding environment and be on their feet a lot. Knowledge of Craft beers TABC certified Previous hospitality/server/bartender experince What are we offering? $10/hr plus tips. With tips our team averages $15-$22/hr We like to make sure our team has as much fun as our guests and we hope you can be a part of that.
