- Officiate games with impartiality, enforcing rules consistently and confidently.
- Teach fundamental sports skills to children and youth, emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, and safety.
- Manage on-field conflicts using effective resolution techniques to maintain a respectful environment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with players, coaches, parents, and staff.
- Monitor safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all participants.
- Assist in developing training sessions to enhance participants' athletic abilities.
- Model and promote sportsmanship while ensuring a fun atmosphere for everyone. Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports coaching or refereeing (basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball, or flag football).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children and youth in a sports setting.
- Strong conflict management skills and the ability to handle disputes professionally.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups of participants and parents.
- Prior experience organizing sports activities or educational programs is preferred.
