The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching, particularly in areas such as Karate, martial arts, cheerleading, or physical education. This role requires an individual who is committed to fostering a positive and engaging environment for students while promoting physical fitness and teamwork. Duties Develop and implement training programs tailored to the skill levels of students. Teach fundamental techniques and strategies in designated sports or physical activities. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance. Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages participation and personal growth. Manage behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning environment. Organize and oversee practice sessions, competitions, and events. Collaborate with other staff members to promote health and wellness initiatives within the school or organization. Educate students on the importance of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Qualifications Experience working with students in a coaching or educational capacity is preferred. Strong knowledge of working with young children, or physical education principles. Ability to teach climbing techniques or lifeguard skills is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students. Strong behavior management skills to effectively handle diverse student needs. A commitment to promoting health and fitness among youth. Certification in relevant sports coaching or first aid/CPR is desirable.
