Job Goal:
Assist the head coach with practice and meets
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibility for planning, organizing and administering the boy's soccer program Selection of team members Supervision of all practice and training activities Willingness to spend afternoon and evening time in team activities Work under the direction and supervision of the Head Coach and Athletic Director
Qualifications:
Successful coaching experience preferably at the high school level Strong knowledge of all aspects of soccer Belief in a well-rounded high school sports program Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and relate in a positive manner to students, parents, staff and the community Good planning, organization and administrative skills
