Job Summary Aledo Soccer Club is seeking a highly motivated and dependable Assistant Soccer Coach to support the training and development of our youth teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong soccer knowledge, excellent leadership qualities, and a genuine desire to work with and inspire young athletes. Responsibilities Assist the Head Coach with planning and conducting training sessions Help manage practices and games for youth players (ages may vary by team) Promote a safe, inclusive, and fun atmosphere for players and families Support individual player development and encourage teamwork Communicate with parents and club staff in a professional manner Attend all scheduled practices, games, and team events Participate in coach training and certification as required Requirements Previous soccer playing or coaching experience Positive attitude and ability to work well with youth players Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to undergo background check and complete youth safety training Availability on weekday evenings and some weekends (practice and game schedules vary) Join us in shaping the next generation of athletes through skill development, teamwork, and dedication!
