AcroTex Gymnastics is committed to providing a fun, safe, and encouraging environment where kids of all ages can grow physically, mentally, and emotionally through gymnastics and movement-based activities. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our coaching team!

Position Overview:

We are looking for positive, energetic individuals with strong communication skills and a solid work ethic to coach recreational gymnastics classes. As a Recreational Gymnastics Coach, you'll play a key role in teaching fundamental gymnastics skills, fostering confidence and discipline, and helping students reach their full potential.

Preferred Experience:

Prior coaching experience in gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, ninja, or preschool gymnastics is highly valued Training is provided for candidates with relevant movement-based experience A passion for working with children is essential

Responsibilities:

Create and implement structured lesson plans for classes Teach skill progressions and basic to intermediate gymnastics techniques Manage groups of up to 8 students in a safe and engaging manner Spot and assist students during drills and skills to ensure safety Lift and move mats and equipment as needed Maintain a clean and organized gym environment Communicate effectively with students, parents, and fellow staff
