Responsibilities Plan and execute dynamic volleyball practices that improve technical skills, game strategies, and teamwork Lead youth teams during games, providing guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for players of all skill levels Teach fundamental volleyball techniques such as serving, passing, setting, hitting, and blocking Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and positive behavior both during practice sessions and competitions Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate player progress and upcoming events Maintain equipment, ensure safety protocols are followed, and manage team logistics effectively Skills Proven experience coaching or playing volleyball at a competitive or recreational level Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate young athletes and manage team dynamics Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff Knowledge of sports-specific training instruction tailored to youth development Experience working with children or in childcare settings to foster a supportive environment Ability to teach physical education fundamentals including movement skills and sport-specific techniques Familiarity with first aid procedures such as CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation for safety assurance Background in other sports like soccer, basketball or martial arts is a plus for versatile coaching approaches Skills in behavior management to promote respect, focus, and teamwork among players Experience in health club or gym environments is beneficial for understanding fitness fundamentals Join us as a Youth Volleyball Coach to make a lasting impact on young athletes' lives!
