Deer Park Schools is seeking an experienced and dedicated Varsity Girls Softball Coach. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, foster positive relationships, and be committed to the development and growth of student-athletes both on and off the field.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the softball program, including practices, games, and player development. Monitor and support student-athletes' academic progress. Provide guidance on college recruiting and athletic advancement. Manage fundraising initiatives, camps/clinics, team events, and community engagement. Supervise and collaborate with coaching staff to ensure program success.
Requirements:
Must successfully pass background checks. Must obtain Ohio Department of Education coaching certifications.
