Pickleball Coach Job Type:

Full-time, Part-time Full Job Description Denton Tennis & Pickleball Center, managed by Impact Activities, is hiring Part-Time and Full-Time Pickleball Coaches to join our growing team. We are looking for energetic, dependable, and passionate coaches who enjoy teaching players of all ages and skill levels. Coaches will lead group clinics, private lessons, leagues, camps, and other pickleball programming while helping grow the sport within the Denton community. Responsibilities Teach pickleball clinics, group lessons, and private lessons. Coach beginner through advanced players. Assist with leagues, tournaments, camps, and special events. Create a fun, positive, and welcoming learning environment. Build relationships with members and encourage program participation. Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude on and off the court. Qualifications Previous coaching or teaching experience preferred. Competitive playing experience is a plus. PPR, PCI, or IPTPA certification is preferred but not required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic. Availability to work evenings and weekends.
