Club Volleyball Coach

Responsibilities Plan and execute engaging practices focused on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship for various age groups and skill levels. Lead team drills and competitive matches, providing clear instructions and constructive feedback. Monitor athlete safety during training sessions and competitions, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols. Foster a positive environment that encourages respect, discipline, and personal growth among players. Communicate regularly with players, parents, and staff regarding team progress, schedules, and upcoming events. Manage behavior management strategies to promote good sportsmanship and resolve conflicts effectively. Assist in organizing tournament schedules, team events, and community outreach activities to promote the sport of volleyball. Experience Prior experience coaching volleyball at any level is preferred; enthusiasm for teaching sports is essential. Experience working with children or youth in a childcare or educational setting is highly valued. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to motivate young athletes and maintain discipline during practices and games.

Pay:

$500.00 - $800.00 per month
