Job Description
Fort Worth Strong is hiring a Personal Trainer / Strength Coach who wants to build a long-term career in coaching. You do not need to bring your own clients. We provide clients and leads, programming systems, scheduling software, paid onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing coach development. Your job is to become an exceptional coach, provide a great client experience, and take ownership of the opportunities provided to you. This position begins part-time with the goal of developing the right coach into a full-time role. What You'll Do Coach individualized personal training sessions Build strong relationships with clients and help them make measurable progress Manage client communication, including scheduling and general membership questions Follow Fort Worth Strong's programming and coaching systems Track client progress and maintain accurate client information Maintain a clean, organized, professional training environment Participate in team meetings, coach development, and continuing education Contribute to client retention and the overall Fort Worth Strong experience You Don't Need Your Own Clients Fort Worth Strong provides clients and leads to our coaching team. Most new coaches build their client schedule over approximately 90-120 days . The pace of growth depends on client demand as well as your availability, performance, reliability, participation, and ability to retain clients. The more opportunity you're available for—and the better you perform—the faster your role can grow. Programming & Development New coaches aren't expected to figure everything out on their own. You'll receive paid onboarding, programming templates, coaching education, and ongoing mentorship. Our newer coaches begin within a centralized programming system. As you demonstrate technical competency, sound decision-making, and an understanding of our training methodology, you'll earn greater programming autonomy and responsibility through our Coach Development Ladder.
