You will coach lower-level competitive team athletes alongside recreational and adult gymnastics classes in a Christ-centered training environment. You take pride in building confidence as carefully as you build technique. You love the energy of the gym—from a toddler learning their first forward roll to an adult class mastering a new skill. A gym that welcomes adult students who want to fall in love with the sport. What You Will Do Each Day Coach lower-level competitive team gymnasts through skill progressions and routines. Lead recreational and babies/adults gymnastics classes with energy and structure. Plan practices that are safe, effective, and developmentally appropriate. Build athletes' technical skills, confidence, and love of the sport. Communicate clearly with parents, athletes, and staff. Assist with competitions and gym events.
