Job Summary Join The Rock Family as a Gymnastics Preschool Director/Coach, where you will inspire young children to develop their motor skills, confidence, and love for physical activity through gymnastics programs. Duties Lead and instruct preschool-aged children in gymnastics activities that promote coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility. Carry out age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate fundamental gymnastics skills alongside fun and engaging exercises. Supervise coaches and staff, providing guidance on coaching techniques, behavior management, and safety protocols. Maintain a safe environment by enforcing safety standards, conducting regular equipment inspections, and responding promptly to any incidents with first aid or CPR as needed. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones. Organize and oversee special events such as mini-tournaments or themed activity days to boost engagement and community involvement. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations including AED operation training and emergency preparedness procedures. Skills Proven experience working with children in a physical education or childcare setting, with a strong understanding of child development principles. Demonstrated coaching ability in gymnastics or sports-specific training instruction; familiarity with martial arts such as karate or climbing activities is a plus. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate young learners and manage team members effectively. Excellent communication skills for client interaction with parents, staff coordination, and team collaboration. Ability to teach physically, Spot kids 60 pounds and comfortable getting up and down on floor.

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 32.0 per week
