Job Description

Texas Elite Swim Team Full Time Age Group Swim Coaches Texas Elite Swim Team is looking for a

PART-TIME

Assistant Coach. Responsibilities would include daily workout management, meet attendance, regular staff meetings, and administrative work. Coaches will be on deck for 18-20 hours per week assisting with practices for various age groups and skill levels as well as additional administrative duties as assigned. Texas Elite has locations in Houston and Katy. We are seeking coaches for both locations. Preferred experience is 1+ years of USA Swimming Club Coaching, equivalent swimming experience will be considered (Seasonal Leadership, Collegiate Coaching, Summer League). Excellent communication and organizational skills are required in order to build strong relationships with our swimmers, their families, and the Houston swimming community.

Work Remotely No Pay:

$25.00 per hour
