Job Description
Job Overview This is a part-time, on-site role for a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Beyond Athletics, located in Katy, TX. The Strength and Conditioning Coach will be responsible for executing the strength and conditioning program for the adult group training sessions. Daily tasks include conducting strength training sessions, monitoring athletes' progress, and developing strategies for injury prevention. Additionally, the coach will work closely with other staff members to ensure each athlete reaches their full potential. Qualifications Knowledge of Sports Science and Strength and Conditioning Expertise in Strength & Conditioning and Strength Training Experience in Injury Prevention techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Katy, TX Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NSCA, CSCS) preferred
