Strength and Conditioning Coach:
Design & implement structured physical conditioning programs for rhythmic gymnastics students, focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, endurance, injury prevention, in accordance with age & fitness level; conduct fitness assessments to evaluate participants physical condition, flexibility, strength, & movement patterns, adjust conditioning programs based on assessment results; lead individual & group conditioning sessions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, stretching routines, body-alignment principles to ensure safe & effective performance; monitor participants during conditioning sessions to ensure correct form, adherence to safety protocols, appropriate exercise intensity; provide real-time feedback & corrective instruction to improve execution of exercises & reduce risk of injury; modify exercises & conditioning routines to accommodate different fitness levels, physical limitations, recovery needs; maintain records related to conditioning sessions, attendance, fitness progress, program adjustments; enforce safety standards & proper use of conditioning equipment, including mats, resistance tools, flexibility aids; educate participants on basic fitness concepts, including muscle engagement, breathing techniques, recovery methods, injury-prevention practices; inspect conditioning equipment & training areas to ensure a safe and organized environment. 40hrs/wk. Req. Associates Degree and 24months experience as Coach/Fitness Instructor.
