Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking energetic and dedicated Swim Coaches, both full-time and part-time, to join our dynamic aquatic team. In this role, you will inspire swimmers of all ages and skill levels to achieve their personal best while ensuring a safe, positive, and engaging environment. Your enthusiasm for sports, swimming, and coaching will help foster a love for water safety and athletic development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our community's health and confidence through swimming instruction and team leadership.
Location:
LaPorte, Clear Lake and Friendwood area. Responsibilities Lead engaging swim lessons for children, teens, and adults, tailoring instruction to individual skill levels and learning styles Promote water safety awareness by teaching proper techniques and emergency procedures Supervise swim practice sessions, ensuring all participants follow safety protocols Assist with organizing swim meets, team practices, and special events to foster team spirit and sportsmanship Enforce behavior management strategies to create a respectful and disciplined environment conducive to learning and growth Qualifications Proven experience working with children in sports or educational settings Strong swimming skills with the ability to teach various strokes and water safety techniques Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, colleagues, and facility staff Demonstrated ability in behavior management and creating positive learning environments Experience teaching physical education or working within health clubs or gyms is desirable Ability to lead teams confidently while fostering teamwork and motivation Join us as a Swim Coach FT or PT to inspire confidence in swimmers of all ages while promoting health, safety, and athletic excellence. Pay:
$15.25 - $20.00 per hour
