Salaried positions available. $50-$70 per hour based on experience. Multiple Trackman units, HitTrax, Rapsodo, OVR Tech, full weight room, Chiro/PT onsite. Responsibilities Plan and execute training sessions tailored to various skill levels Track data and monitor improvement by using our technology Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual performance Arm care, recovery, injury prevention Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff to promote clear understanding of expectations and schedules Skills College playing experience a must College or HS coaching experience a plus Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide young athletes Excellent communication skills for effective client (player and parent) interaction Knowledge of sports-specific training instruction and teaching physical education principles This is an opportunity for coaches to enhance or build their business inside of our facility using all of the resources that we provide to help you train athletes effectively.
