We are seeking energetic and athletic individuals with a sincere love of working with children. We are interested in someone who enjoys creating developmentally appropriate fitness plans and sports introduction drills. Attributes we are looking for in a gym coach include:

As a gym coach at Abacus, you will guide children ages two through five in various gross motor and sport related activities promoting agility, team building and physical education. The gym coach will be supported by the assistant teacher from each class; therefore, the student to teacher ratio will vary. The gym coach will also be required to transport children in an Abacus vehicle from school, and assist in our "Beyond the Classroom" after school program. A clean driving record is required and applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
