Job Description
HIT Athletic is looking for experienced batting and pitching coaches to join our growing training program. Coaches will work with baseball and softball players of varying ages and skill levels in individual and small-group sessions. Responsibilities Provide batting and/or pitching instruction Run individual and small-group training sessions (up to 3 players) Assist athletes with mechanics, fundamentals, and progression Maintain a positive, professional coaching environment Collaborate with facility staff and other coaches Qualifications Baseball or softball coaching experience required Playing experience at the high school, college, or competitive level preferred Strong communication skills Ability to work with youth athletes CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain) Why Coach at HIT Athletic Flexible coaching schedule Access to indoor batting cages and training space Opportunity to build a client base Growing sports performance facility with strong community support Your coaching skills within a supportive environment dedicated to growth and excellence.
