I Adore Athletics About Us I Adore Athletics is a Houston-based youth sports organization dedicated to helping kids grow through movement, confidence, and teamwork. What started with cheerleading has expanded into a variety of programs—including dance, step, pickleball, volleyball, and more—all designed to make afterschool fun, active, and inspiring. For over six years, we've focused on building strong foundations, encouraging leadership, and creating positive experiences for every child. Position Overview We're seeking energetic coaches to lead our afterschool cheer and dance programs for kids ages 4-11. Applicants can specialize in Cheer or Dance — coaching both is welcome but not required.Start Date:
Week of September 19, 2026Pay:
$20-$22/hourJob Type:
Part-time, Contract Schedule:
After-school hours, Tuesday-Thursday from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM (Must be able to work at least one - two days a week) Responsibilities Lead engaging afterschool cheer or dance sessions following I Adore Athletics' outline Teach age‑appropriate fundamentals (motions, routines, rhythm, performance basics) Encourage confidence, creativity, and teamwork Keep kids active, safe, and having fun Requirements Passion for working with children Cheer, dance, or performance experience preferred Energetic, reliable, and professional Reliable transportation Must be 18 years or olderWork Location:
