Job Description

Job Overview La Estancia Country Club is looking for a certified Swimming Coach to teach children's swimming lessons this summer. You'll work with kids of all ages and skill levels, planning and delivering group and private lessons in a safe, fun, and encouraging environment.
Salary Range:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Required certifications: CPR/AED, First Aid, and Lifeguard Certification. WSI or Swim Coach certification preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience teaching children required. Responsibilities Plan and teach group and private swimming lessons for children of all ages and skill levels Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and structured curriculum Track each student's progress and communicate results to parents Maintain a safe, fun, and encouraging environment in and around the pool Follow all pool safety protocols and report any hazards immediately Assist with summer pool events and activities as needed
