Full-Time / Part-Time Position Summary Kiskeya Athletics is seeking a motivated and professional team member to serve in a dual role as Front Desk Associate and Assistant Coach. This position combines customer service, administrative support, and hands-on coaching assistance. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, reliable, and passionate about creating an outstanding experience for athletes and families. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in customers; provide excellent in-person, phone, and email support. Process payments, memberships, and reservations using EZFacility and POS systems. Assist with scheduling and managing birthday parties, programs, and special events. Maintain accurate cash handling and follow opening and closing procedures. Hosting activities in the Parkour area. Monitoring ping pong, Mini tennis, and the food court. Track attendance and assist coaches with participant development. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the facility. Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and management. Monitor facility access and ensure policies and procedures are followed. Monitor the activity room to ensure safety, organization, and proper supervision. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability. Experience in coaching, athletics, or youth programs preferred. Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling software, POS systems).
